Detox Bath for Stressful living

 - Turn off the TV

- Turn off your phone

- Grab a candle

- Two cups of (coffee cup sized) epsom salts

- Add spearmint leaves to hot water in tub

- One half cup of Baking soda

- Favorite bubble bath

Light your candle, close the bathroom door. Insert yourself in tub full of these ingredients. (About 5 mint leaves)

Soak for about 15 minutes. This is a detox stress and re alkalizes your body/form and mind/spirit. Repeat twice a week.
